Library Loans SummaryLoans are restricted to current financial members of DWDCQ.
Maximum duration of loan is 2 calendar months. A member can have a maximum of two items on loan at any time. Loans are normally collected and returned at competitions, though postal loans are also available. Loan items may not be transferred to another person other than the member to whom the loan is registered. Copying loan items or other breach of copyright is not acceptable. Members indemnify the club against any breach in this regard. Borrowing rights may be terminated for any member in breach of the rules. Administration fees* $2 per item for two months

How to BorrowComplete the loan request form.
A maximum of two DVDs may be borrowed at any time. Hand the loans request form to the Loans Officer at a competition or email to the club email address dwdcq@live.com.au in advance. When to BorrowAt competitions there will be a maximum period of 30
minutes from the commencement time for registration/music checks/vetting in which loans (borrowing and returns) may be transacted with the Loans Officer. Members must not interrupt the Loans Officer at other times during the competition. How to PayFor postal loans –
Admininstration fees should be paid by EFT or cheque when submitting the loan request. When collecting the DVD at a competition, fees may be paid by cash. The exact amount due must be tendered; no change will be given. ReturnsFor postal loans –
The Loans Officer will acknowledge by email receipt of any loan item returned via the post. When returning the DVD at a competition, the Loans Officer will sign off on return of the loan item in the presence of the borrower. |
